Now that my school year has finished, I figured I'd show off my favorite project I worked on this year.
A 2D ray-caster game made using OpenGL. Everything seen exists as 2d images plastered on screen, with shaders giving the illusion of a scene with depth. <25 vertices at almost all times. #gamedev

Never would I have anticipated it to be so damn hard to implement a nice feeling ADS system. This took me all afternoon.

I can honestly say I've never had so much fun learning a new design tool. Here is a housing I designed for my model railroad's switch controllers in FreeCAD.

Quite proud of this admittedly simple system I came up with to flip this LED from green to red for my model layout. (Only uses one digital pin)

Sat down this evening and added name tags to players. Feeling quite happy with how they turned out!

In team modes, your tag reflects your team. In a FFA, it displays your primary colour.

Figured I'd finally start using this account to show off a project I've been working on.
I've had this idea for a while now, to make a game all about some crazy crash up derby. I've taken heavy inspiration from old vehicle custom games from XB360 Halo and hope to really capture that magical chaos.
