Surely the cost of this, preventive, proactive measure is cheaper than the long term disintegration on the NHS, social services and social care. People like Ben Goldsmith are short sited plonkers who just want a click.
It's endearing to think there are people who believe that if you call social services these days there is anyone left working in departments of childrens services with the resources to deal with something like this. State collapse is yet to impact the super-rich, obvs.
