Nothing more humbling than having an Azure expert sit down and tell you what you did right and what you did wrong. It's the best way to learn in my experience.

Rebuilding everything and incorporating best practices really gets you up to speed fast!

I've been back and forth between Linux and Mac for over 10-15 years. I always come back to Linux. Gnome is my go-to desktop, but I love Hyperland. I've made the switch several times but always come back to Gnome for the simplicity.

Great write up! I feel like Linux is making some great headway!

Is this normal? How do people/companies scale using Azure? The only service I am using is AKS, I need the AKS cluster to span across 3 zones, yet I can get instance capacity for a standard 8vcpu instance in one of the 3 zones. I don't understand why and no one has been able to tell me why.

I have been fighting getting quotas increased, with most of them being auto denied and have had a support request open for a week to try and get a single sku added to the zones my cluster needs to run in. Got a response today saying they can only approve it for 2 of the 3 zones.
