I am biased, because he was my boss at NHSI, but I am disappointed they’ve lost Steve Russell.

If there was one person I would say the centre needs it is Steve.

Hopefully he is off to do one of the big CEO jobs.

They are launching a change programme looking to reduce size of NHSE by around half.

A number of execs are leaving, including CFO Julian.

Looks like a fundamental redrawing of relationship between NHSE & DHSC.
