My friend Danny lost a close family member this week and I feel terrible about it. Coal was a gentle soul and a great example of Canadian kindness. He brought Joy to many people in his life. He had been battling an aggressive form of cancer for about a year.

Apex Predator Bob has decided that I am an atomic heat source and that the space between my shins is a good place to nap.

For those folks that poo-pood my suggestion that people could start disappearing, back after the election, guess what? People have started disappearing. They aren’t getting due process. Innocent people are getting grabbed and nobody is in any huge hurry to fix it.

How about that? We’re just indiscriminately grabbing people off the street. Good guys, bad guys, doesn’t matter. We’re just grabbing them and making them disappear…

This is one of my cats. His name is George. He stopped by to say Hi. He is 12 years old. He purrs loudly and shows up to see what I’m doing and most importantly, to find out if I am eating anything interesting that I will share. I envy the simplicity of his existence, somedays. 😆
