The gender gap in voting behavior in the 18-24 yrs age group in yesterday’s election in Germany. Women lean towards the left, men to the right.

The annual academy @imprs-phds.bsky.social at @mpidr.bsky.social has been a blast. In my role as faculty member I was honored to speak about how fertility behavior (re)produces gender inequalities and why framing family policies as tools to fix low fertility rates misses the point.

This is my „dress of success“. I bought it ten yrs ago for my PhD defense. I wear it whenever I want to feel like I know my shit. good luck! PS: the high heels looked amazing but they were definitely a huge mistake😅.
