Whether you agree with the claim or not is kind of irrelevant, which is why I left that out of my reply altogether. If someone feels so unsafe in the community that they get police and a restraining order involved, imo you have an obligation as Splat SAFETY to do something

Only splat safety would find a quick way to excuse themselves from giving a longer ban to someone who was harassed to the point where they attempted over a minor incident as opposed to what the perpetrator did....
