Now this... this is the stuff memes are made of.

I very much love the call back Sir Harris quote.

"This is the last death-rattle of a corrupt and out worn system.... Since the Civil War,in which the Southern States were conquered against all historical logic
and sound sense, the Americans have been in a condition of political and popular decay." - Adolf Hitler 1940

Hitler's views the of the US are not some esoteric 'must be divined from the historical tea leaves' kind of thing. When he bothered to think of the US he explicitly thought badly of it. He in no way, shape, form or fashion admired the country.

No. He didn't like the US and thought it was a real shame the Confederacy lost. He hated Roosevelt. He thought poorly of the US. He didn't hate the US only because he didn't really think about the US as his own speeches and writings tell us.

Hitler thought the US was a terrible country run by the accidental victors against the superior Confederates. He hated everything about the US except Jim Crow because he thought the South should be running the country and that they were not was an unforgivable sin.

Hitler thought the US was stupid, bad, and run by losers who managed to somehow defeat the Righteous Confederates.

Hitler thought the US was so bad because the South lost the Civil War. He hated Roosevelt and considered the rest of the entire country worthless trash if he thought about the US at all.

Direct surviving documents that show Hitler thought the US was weak, bad, and literally worthless.

What part of this do you think doesn't apply to abusing the power of political office?

I didn't come up with this one, but well... seems appropriate.

Oh nothing to see here. Just a Reuters and Bloomberg journalist publicly advocating that we have "uncomfortable conversations" about if LBGT people get to exist and have rights.

They were "On enough Ballots"
You said that. In multiple places. Writes in are definitionally not on the ballot. That's basic election 101 stuff. On the ballot is that their name was printed on the ballot.

This is Stein's EC count. She was on the ballot in a lot more places. She was literally not on the ballot in enough states to go head to head with Trump. Physical impossibility. She would lose even if there was no Dem party.
February 23, 2025 at 6:19 PM
See that section over there on the right where it shows a map of the US and colors it in? Look down in the key for what the colors mean. These two did not have 270 worth of EC on the ballot. They could only get to 270 with wright ins.

Stein was on the ballot in 420 EV states... except New York and Illinois. So she would have had to flip NC and Texas to win. Which means she wasn't winning.
February 23, 2025 at 3:43 AM
De la Cruz was only on the ballot in 220 EV states. But if enough people could spell her full name correctly she could have won enough Blue and Swing states to get to 270.
February 23, 2025 at 3:41 AM
West was on the ballot in only a 132 EV states. He could get write in enough to win... if he could flip Texas and a bunch of other red states...in a write-in.

I genuinely don't recognize you and I don't think I ever had you on that list. I certainly didn't remove you from it. The below is what I saw when I clicked your name to check if you were on the list.

The topic of the thread was "People want all hands on deck and are panicking" and then comments about what we wanted leadership to do.
