I don't usually "fanboy", but I have tremendous respect for Bishop Curry & the stances he has taken over the years. This is the "political engagement" that Jesus would favor - not sucking up to gain power, as some of the clergy do in deference to Trump.

"Pro-Life" to me, in not merely being anti-abortion, but to proactively address the issues facing children (an even adults) as they move forward - Adequate food, shelter and a viable life after birth. A lack of such concern is not a "pro-life" stance.

Everything is a shiny distraction, and if you are waving the flag over it, or any of Trump's nonsense, you have already succumbed to it.
Sounds like Trump's team has drafted yet another capitulation for Kyiv, this time the result of a three-day brainstorming sesh in Miami. I wonder if Zelensky, weakened by a major scandal at home, is under more pressure to bend to Washington now, or if this is a welcome, flag-rallying distraction?

If we are to accept this patently absurd response, then Charlie Kirk deserved it as well. In truth, no one deserves to be murdered for ideas or opinions. Even stupid ones. Argued with, sure. Maybe even fired or IMPEACHED. But murdered, no. NEVER.
Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."

As I have stated repeatedly, all gerrymandering is corrupt. This was too blatant for even the Federal Court in El Paso, led by a Trump appointee. This is why we need an independent judiciary. Of course, the ruling will apply to California as well.
