I think they already play let serves in NCAA college play (not sure how widespread it is, though). I doubt it will ever be incorporated by either the ATP or WTA tours though due to wanting to keep the traditions of the game as well as being resistant to change.

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this before, but if you want to speed up play, allow let serves. Why should the serve be treated differently from a rally shot? Yeah, it's bad luck if the serve clips the net and trickles over, but those have a tendency to even out over time.

Just my two cents, but there are several players on the WTA tour that routinely catch their ball toss thus I think there would be loud objections to implementing this on tour.

I forgot to add Gaby and Erin winning the WTA doubles final crown. That's a great achievement.
