Parking minimums are bad. Density is great. But governments - local, state and federal must provide reliable alternatives - better bus service, bike lanes, walkability and perhaps trains or else people will continue to rely on cars and then will come the backlash that there isn’t enough parking.

Car bloat is a real thing in the US. Especially in EVs. One of the smallest EVs out there is the Mini Cooper which is not going to sell the car in the US market because of tariffs. So if you want an EV and want a small one, your choices keep getting reduced. Guess I'll hold onto that old gas car.

The MARC train has the quiet car at the north end of the train, which is also where the locomotive is connected and when it’s diesel, the quiet car’s ventilation system sucks it all in. So if you want some quiet, you also get a good helping of deisel fumes. Please phase out diesel locomotives!
