Last year was the hottest on record, and the last 10 the hottest 10 on record. It's only a matter of time before +1.5 deg is breached (useful explainer here on why this hasn't happened already despite +1.6 deg average last year...www.un.org/en/climatechange/science/climate-issues/degrees-matter)
