Confusion whether Eljamel worked at Walton Hospital in Liverpool. The Medical Register of 1991, published by the GMC, makes it clear:

Letter to Eljamel Inquiry raises key concerns: PI has limited power to recommend actions re: GMC/RCS. CRUCIALLY: PI relies on data from ICRs, but flawed ICR process & lack of patient engagement risks creating a fatal data gap, undermining the PI. ICRs threatens PI effectiveness. Demand a response!
