I was not super into #reading as a kid but got into #comics, supported by my mom who read lots of comics as a kid. Somebody at school didn't think comics were great reading material and we had a meeting. My mom simply said "reading is reading" and that was the end of that. 😎

Astrophysicist Margaret Burbridge was born 106 years ago today. In 1957, she co-authored the groundbreaking B2FH paper which proposed the modern theory for how new elements are made inside of stars, then went on to work in galactic analysis.
