PLEASE look up your drs, practitioners, therapists, etc on state board pages! Google them! The gov isn't protecting us, we have to do it ourselves!
Sometimes there's nothing to see & they're still abusive, harmful, etc. But do your due diligence & frequently look everyone up!

If I didn't text him for a certain amount of time (which varied, keeping me guessing), I'd receive texts like this & he was always pushing me to text him more. He considered this texting 5-6 hrs/day as part of my treatment, I wanted to feel better, & didn't feel I had a choice
