All change in our weather this weekend as the cold air gets pushed away to be replaced by milder, cloudier and wetter conditions from the Atlantic.

There will be clusters of showers on Friday for some unlucky souls out on Friday evening. Overall a lot of clear, drier #weather although still breezy. Heavy rain later from the southwest so get a move on with your #Halloween japes.

#StormBenjamin is arriving with us from this evening (Wednesday), bringing strong winds and heavy rain to southern and eastern Britain.

Our resident high pressure is on its way to the exit, to be replaced by low pressure this #weekend. That means the settled but often murky #weather will go, with more in the way of rain and wind in its place.
