#BobsBeyondBurgers made a return to my home tonight with veganized Poutine on the Ritz burger from S2e4 Beefsquatch. Beyond burger, vegan gravy, ritz crackers, sourdough (bc I don’t have buns), vegan cheese, and vegan poutine. Burger was amazing. Poutine…I tried it. 9/10 will make burger again.

In 2026, I’m gonna gonna get so much weirder.

On this special edition of #BobsBeyondBurgers I made a tribute to Bob’s favorite Holiday: the Pass the Cranberry Sauce slider. All vegan- Salisbury meatballs with gravy (made with beyond), pickle, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a dinner roll. 🎶let live the turkey🎶 #vegan

It’s been 30 years since the passing of Shannon Hoon, and it still hurts.

It’s fun to stay at the Rye-MCA!!!! At least the burger of the day from S2e6 of Bob’s Burger’s says so. Burger Notes: The pickles weren’t even needed for the burger and remained a side. I did, however, leave off the caramelized onion and cheese bc I’m a heathen. (Slaw dressing & burger are vegan.)

I’m cooking my way through the Bob’s Burgers cookbook but making it vegan. (I like a challenge.) First up was the Bruschetta Bout It Burger from S2e9 Beefsquatch. The bruschetta was super simple to make and super flavorful. Easily the best burger I’ve ever made.
