It's staggering how united both sides of the corporate media aisle have been in excusing the lower and villifying the upper. Almost like the ruling elite are trying to stop a Class War before it starts.

I want to be comforted by research that both violent and property crimes have plummeted since I was a kid. But... I don't wanna be on this graph. "Crime is down" is nice to hear but doesn't get your feeling of home security back. So now I have a whole slew of cameras :(
