Low-carb recipe: tried TikTok trend cottage cheese “flatbread” recently: 300g cottage cheese whizzed up with a couple of eggs and some seasoning, flatten out thinly in a rectangle on a parchment-lined baking tray, bake at 180 for about 40mins. Made two helpings of quite a decent sort of wrap.
