Newtown (king Street/enmore) has fine grain retail, bars, live music, heritage terraces and is in a special entertainment precinct, which makes it easier to manage noise. Burwood is incredible: great Asian dining in a combination of laneways and centres. (All recs in Sydney).

Depends on what interests you. The Rocks has a really interesting development history (past and present) and takes you past the opera house and bridge; the metro is incredible. Zetland was mostly industrial land a couple of decades ago and is now high density and walkable.

An acquaintance revealed she was a medium & told me her granddaughter was a bit fey too and she had to ask the spirits to stop visiting her until she was older and could be guided. She said it worked very well.

Over priced off brand drinks. Mysterious sticky floor. Everyone is very sweaty.
