Michelle was my dad's primary care home nurse for three years before he died. This is so sad. How insane is it for another nurse to be telling a nurse what is happening and is being ignored.

Get sent an appointment for a diagnostic scan, doesn't say for what. I call the doctor's office, receptionist says for an ultra sound.
Me: ok, for what though.
Office: an ultrasound.
Me: yes, I know but for what.
Office: your abdomen
Me: you need to be more specific - there's a lot there
O: Liver
