I am never working on only one thing. Wasn’t happy w Glyos pegs, so I started designing my own, more for the scale of figures I’m doing. Took a few iterations to get the sizing right but this one seems good.

Social media has forced us to think we need to be solo video production studios in addition to the creative work we’re -actually- doing.
I get it, I like seeing process and learning, but it’s a big ask to put onto creative people to do all this work.

My desire to turn every workshop project into a YouTube video or livestream is overwhelming. Many projects need to be done quickly, so filming/streaming isn't realistic, and that eats at me.
Gonna try to start filming intros/outros with B-Roll, and putting voiceovers on top of timelapse footage.

Start to finish clip sculpting Simon Belmont’s hair using hard wax. Happy with the sculpt results, took me about 4 days of 4-6 hour sessions. Next I’ll move on to molding & casting this piece, for my upcoming Belmont’s Revenge figure set, an homage to the early #Castlevania NES games.
