Of course Vance sucks but he’s at least not insanely obsessed with Tariffs and understands how trade works.

My final ticket for 2024 is to backup and then delete these rows from a table in our database. Doing some napkin math for pg_dump -Fc compression rate, size of the table, and growth rate of the dump file this will also be my first ticket of 2025

I use an Ooni Karu 16 oven with the (propane) gas attachment. I preheat the Karu at around 800° F for an hour before cooking and then cut off the gas completely when I start assembling the first pie - this gives me the best results for a 4 minute bake.

I'm realizing I took a lot more photos of pizza when I first started making them. This is from last year but apparently the bar staff that had this, while frenetically serving NYE patrons, really enjoyed it.

A plain cheese. I've been playing with blending part skim and whole fat mozzarella cheese for a while. The only low moisture mozzarella available at my grocery store are the Galbani blocks which are just OK. I wish Grande was available in non-restaurant quantities.
