Is there someone you know who needs care of any kind? You could bring a meal to a sick friend, or go to their house and do a load of laundry for them or something like that. I find doing for others gets me out of my head when I’m spiraling. For me this time it’s a pet who is in his last days 😢

Yeah, my thinking too. Nothing good lasts. Honestly I like discord’s redux of ye old message board format. Self-policing per community, dedicated communities to topics. Probably some shitty ones but at least they’re avoidable
