Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

I'm entering week 4 of working out. Just simple stuff but the difference has been insane for me. I was sedentary for 5 years and *everything* hurt. I feel like my body belongs to me again 🥹 I'm still dealing with knee & hip pain but working out has made it easier to adapt to diff ways of moving!

Got the latest covid vaccine yesterday and it's wiping me OUT today. All the symptoms, literally just been laying in bed all day, but at least I'm more protected now. Everyone get your vaccines!!
