I really hope everyone understands what is going on with Elon and Wikipedia.

Wikipedia is one of our last remaining bastions of evidence-based consensus reality.

The MAGA narrative is fundamentally threatened by evidence-based fact, and Wikipedia is a repository of evidence-based fact.

So, are we just not going to talk about the fact that Trump just destroyed the ability for many elderly people to afford their medication and that the US government just made a very shady investment in AI?

My heart goes out to anyone affected by those fires in LA. When I was a teenager my house burnt down and we lost eveything. It’s a wierd feeling having everything you own and know just be lost in the blink of an eye, to know the place you feel most at home no longer exists.
