They're "organized" because he does know which books are where, but it's based on time of acquisition, so no one else could hope to find a specific book without A Search. He still never intends to keep them. Having a "collection" this size that hasn't met with disaster yet is new for him.

The keys are the only thing he has that survived his deaths, and his last one made their aether wacky. Now he's sealed them in crystal and locked them in a vault.
