I went to the Everyman cinema near me last night, and the man sat next to me had a cup of tea. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything more British in my life!

I was stationed in Munsterlager for six years and when the Panzerschule was busy you’d be woken up to the whine of the Leopard 2s and Marders on the tank road.
