Wonderful! 23 weeks post hip replacement and I was able to properly run for the train this morning! God it’s good to be back… 😎🏃♂️

It’s been a bit of a week folks. Girlfriend having an op that all went well, then best friend hospitalised, another friend treated badly by work, challenging timetable for new work project, and to finish it all had a cracked windscreen. Last night there was wine!
