So Pakistan is *paying* Qatar to *not* deliver LNG because even including this penalty payment their solar PV and battery spending is much better value for money and saves them billions.

The Government needs to find a way to incentivise owners of commercial properties to install solar. A huge area of rooftop going to waste in an area where a large proportion of electricity is used. Just fly over any industrial area to see the missed opportunities
