In 2018 Jeremy Hunt bought 7 flats in a single transaction, paying around £3.57 million for the lot. Buying 7 in one go avoided about £300,000 in stamp duty. If your kids can't find homes to buy near you, blame people like Hunt, not desperate people running for their lives.
