i still get my precious 8 hours of sleep a good 90% of the time but omg.. you couldn't pay me to wake up in the morning unless it was extremely necessary. anyway with that said it's 9am and i'm going to bed! goodnight skyline 😽

anyway.. all this to say if you have breasts or know at least one person you are close to who does (likely LMFAO) do make sure/remind them that self-exams are so so so indispensable to tracking your health and well-being

and while it's a benign breast condition (unlikely to become cancerous but CAN be the sign of a slightly increased risk), you obviously have a ton more exams you can do to on top of the very underemphasized self-breast examinations to be completely sure there is no risk of breast cancer

oh but i totally fell in love with cyberpunk and split fiction espeeecially the latter that i would 100% recommend to anyone who loves co-op games (also the girls are in love #ToMe)
