i'm so sorry!!! sending love to you and your family, i never quite got over my cat's passing but grief eventually shapes itself into something more gentle and less painful. there's comfort in knowing you gave him the best life he could get. i'm sure he's so grateful he got to live with you!!!

i still get my precious 8 hours of sleep a good 90% of the time but omg.. you couldn't pay me to wake up in the morning unless it was extremely necessary. anyway with that said it's 9am and i'm going to bed! goodnight skyline 😽

i could go to sleep early and wake up in the morning if i tried but i actually haven't had a consistently normal sleep schedule since meeting my partner

anyway.. all this to say if you have breasts or know at least one person you are close to who does (likely LMFAO) do make sure/remind them that self-exams are so so so indispensable to tracking your health and well-being

and while it's a benign breast condition (unlikely to become cancerous but CAN be the sign of a slightly increased risk), you obviously have a ton more exams you can do to on top of the very underemphasized self-breast examinations to be completely sure there is no risk of breast cancer

we genuinely don't stress the importance of doing breast self-exams every month enough!!! not just for breast cancer but literally anything that might be out of the norm. i just found out about mastopathy a few days ago and my doctor ended up giving me the diagnosis after an exam

oh but i totally fell in love with cyberpunk and split fiction espeeecially the latter that i would 100% recommend to anyone who loves co-op games (also the girls are in love #ToMe)
