I hope you find the courage to self heal, reflect and take accountability of your own behaviour. Not everything is other person's fault just because you are in power positions or have larger following. Relationships are run on logic and reciprocation. No need to get touchy if things do not work out.

In academia, there is a solid peer group support network for not so in development sector institutions. Everyone is not cut out for research. Some are good administrators. There is no support network system for them. Here one is penalised and bullied for displaying empathy, care and collaboration.
