Betting the farm on this week’s sourdough bagel bake — and using a highly rated recipe from a sourdough group I’m in — I decided to make a double batch after glancing at the recipe and reading reviews and used the last of my bread flour. Please send #thoughtsandprayers that it turns out 💀

Recently made a sourdough discard sandwich bread recipe for the first time. Suffice it to say the commercial yeast really gave things a boost. Baking to try to stay somewhat sane right now. Unsure if it’s working but at least the bread tastes good.
