Guys I think Doug Jones is played by Doug Jones.

Been saying this since 2016.
Democrats should use this inflection point to shift ground – from being the party of well-off college graduates, big corporations, “never-Tumpers” like Dick Cheney and vacuous “centrism” – to an anti-establishment party ready to shake up the system on behalf of the vast majority of Americans.
The Democrats must become an anti-establishment party | Robert Reich
The lesson of this election is that Democrats must attack inequality – and not cede working-class voters to Trump

Rich people will tell you that success isn't about getting thrown from the horse, it's about getting back on it.

What they won't tell you is that they inherited the horse from their father. They can get back up on it for free, but you have to pay them for the privilege.

This is where I sing the opening verse of "Shake it Off" but I replace all the lines with the line "got nothing in my brain" and replace "brain" with "bank"

Some good legal news: The conservative 11th Cir. unanimously struck down Florida’s Stop WOKE Act as violative of the 1st Amendment.

The state cannot forbid private employers from having training programs on race and diversity, as the Act required.

Sorry, DeSantis. It’s a hard no.

The media tells us that if you're too skinny, you're just a hero who hasn't grown into their own yet. If you're fat, you're a villain, a comic relief, or someone who will impact the story after you become skinny enough.

Ordered a new charge cable and this is how it was shipped. The human race may not be long for this world.

If you're donating money to a certain 🍊 presidential candidate this year, don't forget that he takes Yuan, Rial, and Rubles, too.

Apparently "Please push me into oncoming traffic" is not a HR-appropriate response to "Hi, how are you?"

Hi @marcelias.bsky.social! I know you and the Democracy Docket team have their hands full with lots of cases, but I wanted to ask if you could weigh in on an issue. What do you think about businesses being able to vote? Is this something that your team would look into fighting?
Some US cities are allowing businesses to vote in local elections
Voting rights activists are concerned corporate votes will dilute the votes of residents and increase corporate influence in elections.

Say, Mr. Reich, I have a question for you. If American businesses are seeing record profits and unemployment is at all-time lows, why are all the businesses around me slashing hours and understaffed?

Thanks for all that you do, I'm a huge fan!

In a society that demands conforming to beliefs without evidence, to learn is to rebel, and "teacher" is synonymous with "traitor."
