👁️ Dark copper again, but a little warmer.
👃 Bit more alcohol on the nose of this guy. Toffee and dates. STP. Cinnamon, orange peel, cherry drops, ginger chews, powdered sugar, chocolate covered Turkish delight.

👁️ Burnished copper. A dirty still.
👃 Old paper, balsamic strawberries, overripe berries, salted meat. Damp wood and tannins. Fence paint, furniture polish.

👅 Salinity, ash, charcoal. Slightly thin mouth feel.Bread twists, agave sweetness, chocolate limes. Water brings more oak spiciness with some tinned fruit. The smoke is always lingering in the back. Feels slightly punchier with the water.

I think I've had this before......
