Mix of cardio with upper back & arms focus:
• 200 lb seated rows
• 175 lb back extensions
• 65 lb one arm lat pulldowns
• 50 lb db curls
• 40 lb Triceps extensions

Went heavy today on legs and shoulders.
Leg press: 810 lbs × 5, then 540 lbs × 20 to finish.
Shoulder press: 225 lbs × 1 (no spot), left 1–2 reps in the tank.

Feels like there’s still room to add more weight.

I’ve been testing out a new workout-tracking app. It syncs with my MacroFactor, which is a big plus, but it’s been challenging to find basic exercises, and there’s no import feature for my existing Hevy data. Still evaluating..stay tuned.

Woke up late but still got the cardio in 👟. Holding steady at 184 but thinking I can drop to 182 this week now that I’m adding more cardio back into the routine.

Leg day this morning. Pushed up to 750 lbs on leg press and pulled 385 lbs on deadlifts.
Add in Leg curls, extensions, hack squats, calves, and some core.
