I never claimed that the cause was solely remote schooling. I certainly hope I wasn't implying that, it's a very complicated issue. But remote schooling was definitely a factor.

I did read the articles, and the data backs my claims.

This is very true. The pandemic took a heavy toll on everyone, not just kids, and it's foolish to assume that JUST school closures were the driving factor. But it was indeed a factor. NIH did a good meta analysis.

Indeed, one survey from the US found that approximately 40% of parents whose children were under 12 years old reported that they experienced severe distress or difficulties balancing work and childcare responsibilities during the pandemic. Moreover, over half of the surveyed parents said social isolation and financial issues impacted their ability to provide the best level of care for their children.

Ran out of Discord to catch up on so I finally fixed the stupid CSS bug on raccoon.codes. But because mobile and lazy I used the cPanel editor on the shared host account it's hiding under.

Don't worry, I didn't make it useful or anything. It's just a centered square now on mobile too.
