If you feel bombarded by "food noise", working with a #RegisteredDietitian can be a wiser/less expensive starting point than taking GLP1 weight-loss meds. Food noise is caused by hunger. The RD can teach you how much is okay to eat (without "getting fat"). My book can also be helpful.
