This cannot happen. This is pure hypocrisy and megalomania. Only dictators and authoritarian leaders like Putin and Kim Jong-Un have army parades to honor themselves. The whole concept is ridiculous and will cost millions of dollars. No Meals on Wheels but a $90M parade? No!
