So first of all, the actual list of stuff.
Simple, way too simple in fact, with almost 0 units of direction on how to actually indicate the information the are asking for. Which, in the case of the injury side, can ban potentially any BDSM depiction. Not so say asphyxiation is a common fetish.

UI/UX doesn't seem like a thing they will improve sadly.
There are a lot of customization available already,in ways that god shouldn't allow(example below).
But yeah you have to use quite a bit of time there to build whatever you want it to be.And the actual lack of algos is super limiting for reach
