Something essential for understanding the average voter is that they think inflation is something you can undo and just make things cheaper.
Like they think deflationary monetary policy is a good thing and the more deflationary it is the better. That’s what you’re contending with.

Feels like a week of announcements, but here’s one more.
Last week I was promoted to Group Captain. I’m the first female pilot in RAAF history to make it to this rank, an odd honour seeing we’ve had female pilots since 1988. But better late than never; now onwards and upwards!
