Prob 50% of my time spent on *pro-bono* support to early stage groups of whom c. 1/20 come back with money or turn into a support allocation. There's also past clients who get free support years after. Add in networking and CPD leaves 20% of time to earn a living then people squeeze on fees #coops

A huge scandal was that renewables prices were artificially forced up to match fossil fuels in the "energy crisis" yet us early adopters used to have to pay significantly more for renewable energy.
