The fear that stillness means stagnation.

I let some moments pass without needing to name them. I’m beginning to understand that growth isn’t always about becoming more—it’s often about shedding what was never mine to carry. The need to be understood by everyone. The pressure to arrive on someone else’s timeline.

I’m learning that life doesn’t always announce its turning points with noise or urgency. Sometimes it changes quietly, in the way you start choosing rest over proving, peace over performance, and honesty over perfection. I no longer chase every thought or fight every feeling.
