I very much like all your Cllrs I’ve met and mostly agree on everything, but just being realistic it’s also (right now) a policy which keeps a lid on becoming a party of government imo. But as said above, that’s kind of OK!

Personally I agree, parties should be allowed to make certain angles of argument which we haven’t thought about before.
Make us think differently and imagine a different world. That’s their role, especially if they’re not in government

I just find it such a depressing and unambitious thing to say. As if our population is *that* unhealthy it’s so unthinkable they might cycle
It just needs some imagination (and leading by example) to shake people from the inertia, or at least highlight excuse making when we see it…

We just want a glimmer of hope - that's all. It doesn't happen often so at least give us the day before providing the home truths!
