I watched multiple Step Up Movies in theaters and they are legitimately some of favorite theater memories. Never disappointed. Crowd was always into it.

I feel sure you’re right. Like I said, it’s been a while. It has stuck with me all this time as a cool move by a franchise that was diminishing in quality.

I watched the movies as they came out. So i watched the fifth film roughly 11 years after the first. I haven’t watched since, but I remember loving the end and it took me a sec to realize what was going on. Some of my audience didn’t get it at all. Would you feel this way if you hadn’t binged?

I think for me it’s the inconsistency of who they choose to play off quickly and who they don’t. It’s easier to bully a bashful below the line star with the music. Would love for them all to be allowed time to speak, like you say, i’m watching til it ends anyway.
