As you read this thread, remember that when Trump's funding freeze does wreak this kind of havoc on cities, he'll absolutely blame their leaders for the consequences of his actions.
The federal freeze on grant funding is looking very, very bad in Atlanta. Georgia relies on federal funding for essentially *all* of its spending on housing support, and most of its spending on homelessness, mental heath and substance abuse treatment.
