I use a costco-size box of standard powder detergent and it literally takes me years to go through. It suggests a full scoop but (much like dishes) leaves a residue on my clothes. I use maybe a quarter scoop max. Importantly I can customize based on how dirty my clothes are (and how big the load)

The lowest paid worker at a company has to be paid minimum of a certain percentage of the highest paid worker.
That way if the ceo wants higher pay, they have to increase the lowest paid in kind.
