NINeS: let's create a community that is welcoming of new ideas, constructive about flawed ideas, and humble about our ability to tell the difference.

Side effects may include:
* Unexpected bursts of creativity.
* A sudden urge to think big about what's next.
* Overuse of whiteboards for sketching new ideas.
* Occasional feelings of optimism about the future of computer science.

Benefits may include:
* Breakthrough ideas you didn’t know you had.
* Constructive reviews that go beyond “Needs more experiments.”
* PCs who actually read your paper.
* Sessions filled with insights, dialogue, and real community.

NINeS @nines-conference.org is the first conference specifically formulated to combat stale ideas, reviewer fatigue, and shallow program committees. By stimulating the community's collective creative pathways, NINeS will help restore energy, imagination, and genuine dialogue in networking research.
